BSNL launches two tariff plans for paramilitary forces


The two plans launched are the Paramilitary Plan and the Officer Plan for the jawans and officers respectively.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched special tariff plans which will benefit over nine lakh Paramilitary jawans of the country.
The two plans launched are the Paramilitary Plan and the Officer Plan for the jawans and officers respectively.
With daily free talk time for 20 minutes on any two BSNL numbers, jawans can talk with their own family, anywhere in country, under the Paramilitary Plan. The facility is also free of cost while on roaming.

Tata Docomo Introduces Free Roaming Incoming Plans For its POSTPAID USERS


Tata Docomo, GSM arm of Tata Teleservices, has introduced three postpaid tariffs to offer free incoming while roaming outside home network. Postpaid Plans  Roam Free 299, Roam Free 499 and Roam Free 799 come with attractive per second pulse and offer free incoming while roaming on Tata Docomo network across the country. Tata Docomo postpaid customers also get to customize their plan with different ‘toppings’ which are basically free local ,STD,SMS and data. These toppings  are 200 local minutes, 150 STD minutes, 500 local SMSs or 100 MB 2G data.Roam Free 299 offers 4 toppings while Roam Free 499 comes with 7 and Roam Free 799 gives as many as 12 toppings. Tata Docomo is aggresively promoting free roaming feature with its latest advertisement campaign ‘ Keep it Simple’ starring bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor.

Tata DOCOMO Has Launched An Application Named As ‘Songshare


Tata DOCOMO has launched an  application named as ‘Songshare’ on popular social networking site Facebook, under its Call Me Tunes (CMT) serviceWith this application the call me tune subscribers (CMT) of Tata DOCOMO can publish their call me tune status on Facebook wall, allowing their friends to copy songs by clicking the postings on the wall, recommending a song from the available songs list to friends group or fans and searching song content available and downloading them for all callers or a specific caller.  Customers can also subscribe to Call Me Tune service on their Tata DOCOMO numbers, using the application. The application is available for all Tata DOCOMO post-paid and pre-paid subscribers.
To subscribe to the application, the customer has to log on to TATA DOCOMO Songshareapplication on Facebook. During the process of setting up the application, the customer is prompted to share his/her mobile number for authentication purpose. The application then generates a random number and sends it to the registered cellphone via SMS. The customer has to enter the number received via SMS and complete the registration.

Airtel Has Dedicated Its Support To The 108 Emergency Services

Airtel has dedicated its support to the 108 Emergency Services run by GVK EMRI and Govt. of Chhattisgarh. 
Airtel will be sending awareness SMSs and business card of the phone number ‘1-0-8’ saved as ‘108 Emergency Services’ to all the Airtel customers in districts where 108 is operational.
‘108 Emergency Services’, currently providing Emergency Management Services through its state-of-the-art Emergency Response Centre established in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
