MTNL 3G/2G TRICK FOR DELHI

Frends just follow these settings:
Connect name:mtnl gprs
Apn:mimobitv
User name:mtnl
Proxy server:172.16.31.10
Port:9401
Rest field leave it blank as it is in ur default browser.

Now download the ucweb handler version & in the backquery put:

?id=59.162.166.215:8080/OTA/DownloadMTNL3GTV
Now initialize with the setting u ve made i.e., mtnl gprs.once initialized enjoy full gprs with download support..
