Yesterday, while announcing the Verizon-bound Samsung Continuum, a company spokesperson revealed that the number of Galaxy S smartphones sold in the US has already reached the impressive 3 million units.
Keep in mind that this is the whole Galaxy S lineup we're talking about here and not about a single device. As you know, the Galaxy S is known under different names and comes in a handful of flavors over at the diverse US operators' stores.
The CDMA-loving Continuum is the latest, fifth, member of the Galaxy S family. It comes after theCaptivate, Fascinate, Epic 4G and Vibrant which share lots of common features, including the Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreens they all come on board with.
